This book is well written by multiple authors and the editors have dealt with that very well. I was looking for a book to bring me uptodate with the ongoing work of specialists in this field. this book does that very well it points to the papers to be consulted as it is well, sensibly referenced. this is a field of clinical and research endeavour that is taking off and this book is an excellent contribution .
