L.P. is a well known to my kindle so when the chance to read this book came forward I jumped quickly! She has such a way with words to keep you captivated until the very end. This book can read as a standalone but I recommend reading the series it is listed under. You will not be disappointed.

Jason Avery is an undercover agent who likes to work alone. He is very head strong and hasn't failed a mission yet, nor does he plan too. Jason can be an extremely loyal person and you have to earn his trust. But he does show a pretty jealous side when it comes to his beautiful partner on this case.

Aylee McFadden is a FBI agent who does not look the part of one. She is drop dead gorgeous and deadly the a gun. She is asked to be part of this mission because of what happened to her parents she she was younger. She was brought up by her uncle in Maine. She is a little firecracker with her temper and attitude.

Jason is in Las Vegas working on a case involving girls who work with a Madame, that disappear and wind up dead. Aylee is brought in to help get closer to the high rollers who have been named by an anonymous tip. At first, they are at each others throats, bickering and bantering over everything. Aylee advises Jason that they need each other to solve this case. Eventually the walls are broken down and feelings start to develop. Jason is the first one to come forward about having deeper feelings and Avery follows suit. When their mission becomes more and more riskier for them, Jason gets very territorial of Aylee.

Can they solve the case and still be together? Will Aylee open her heart completely to Jason? Does something happen to Aylee being undercover?

This book was incredible! It kept me wanting more and more with each page. It will definitely take you on a journey and look at Las Vegas in a whole new light. Great job L.P.!

No Limit is a fast paced murder suspense story that is engaging, thrilling, and super sexy right from the start. We have two strong, confident, stubborn characters unhappily thrown together on a case to find a killer. They need to find a way to work together to make that happen. This is an emotional journey and the depth of the characters and their growth felt genuine and believable. Their chemistry was so hot and I loved the banter. The secondary characters were also a great additions and made this book even more exciting. This story had many intense twists and turns and the pace was so good I couldn't put it down. I loved this first book and am excited for more!
Points for being a very quick, sexy read...read in a day, so that's always good.

I did predict the killer, and the serum was a bit of a stretch. I
I also was a little confused at times at all of the side characters that I'm guessing have other books (i.e., multiple MMA fighters, maybe an entire football team lol)
Wow! I love it! This was my very first time reading anything written by Dover and I must say, I'm very impressed. No Limit is an extremely powerful, deliciously dark, deeply compelling, exceptionally well written and well edited thriller/mystery/romance filled to the brim with sadistic murders, evil machinations, menacing drama, nail biting suspense, surprising plot twists and heart-pounding action, in and out of the sheets. And did I mention heated attraction, fiery passion, heartwarming romance, a little old-fashioned angst and some steamy dreamy sex? Hubba! Hubba! The dialogue is smart, raw, seductive and arousing. The characters are captivating, intriguing, engaging and sexy as sin. Dover expertly combines these elements into a wonderfully entertaining read. I will most assuredly be reading more by this author. Once I started, I simply couldn't put it down. This is a stand alone novel with NO cliffhanger, so enjoy! Fabulous entertainment and an awesome read.
Once I picked this book up I was unable to put it down! Aylee & Jason are both amazing characters, and their story is beautiful.

This isn't your typical love story. Aylee and Jason are under cover in Vegas trying to stop a murderer who has been gruesomely killing prostitutes.

Aylee and Jason's partnership in uncovering this mystery didn't start off very well. Both of them like to work on their own, and don't like others stepping in their way. Once they realize that they have to work together, they start to let their guards down and work on trusting one another. I loved the games that Jason would come up with to get Aylee to open up.

Throughout the journey of trying to track down the killer, these two are unable to deny the chemistry they have with one another, and soon start a relationship. I hated that when they were out that Jason had to pretend that Aylee was a prostitute, and the situations that Aylee was put in to solve this crime. When they were alone though.. wow! I loved their banter, the way they pushed one another, and they are definitely HOT together!

I really enjoyed how this book kept me on my toes the entire time I was reading it. I was always trying to figure out who the killer was, and I figured out part of it on my own, but was definitely shocked when everything came out!

This is an amazing romantic suspense novel that I was not able to put down once I started reading it. Jason and Aylee are amazing together, and the guessing and suspense of the crime they were solving had me hooked! This book will have you guessing throughout the whole entire read. Who's the killer, who's bad, who's good, who can be trusted, what will happen to Jason and Aylee once the case is solved?

I really enjoyed this story, but I wish that Aylee and Jason would have talked before things blew up for them towards the end. I did enjoy the ending and was happy with how everything turned out for all of these characters. I definitely became emotionally invested in this book and am excited to read more stories in this series!
